Leah Remini appeared as a guest on the latest episode of Red Table Talk hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith.
This is the first time the actresses sat down to talk about the accusations and pain caused by Remini's book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology, which created a lot of drama.
Jada and her husband Will Smith were accused of being members of the Scientology church. Jada denied being a Scientologist on many occasions.
Leah apologised to Jada during their talk, saying that she didn't realise that she had put the Smiths in an awkward position.
"I'm sorry that I didn't consider you because I didn't, I was just so caught up in that pain. And also, the pain of others and the effects that it had."
"And I really, truly, deeply apologise. I should've thought about the names in the book. I should've thought about what that meant for you guys, and I didn't."
Jada also clarified her involvement with the church and apologised to Leah for her appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
