Lady Gaga’s friend, Ryan Fischer, was attacked Wednesday evening while out walking the star's three French bulldogs Koji, Miss Asia, and Gustav.
It has been widely reported on news sites across the globe that Gaga has offered a reward of $500,000 - that's roughly about R7m - for the safe return of two of her much-loved dogs after her friend was shot as he was walking them in West Hollywood. Miss Asia managed to escape and was later found unharmed.
Fischer is in hospital and is said to be recovering well. The Los Angeles Police Department said that a semi-automatic gun was used in the attack and that the suspect along with the two French bulldogs, is still at large.
Lady Gaga was reportedly in Italy for filming when the attack happened.
