If you remember the musical movie A Star is Born, you’re giving away your age. It was released in 1976 and starred Barbara Streisand, and Kris Kristofferson in the lead roles, this version was the third remake of the story.
Get ready to watch the watch the fourth remake with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper taking on the lead roles.
The story tells of a fading country star Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper) who helps an aspiring singer Ally (Gaga) make it in the industry while his own career takes a downward turn.
The film was directed and produced by Bradley Cooper, who not only acts in the lead role, but is described by Gaga as a really good musician as well.
Gaga's character Alley, allows us to see Gaga as never before. With very little make-up and a rather humble fashion sense to what we're used to, Gaga looks simply beautiful.
We already know what an amazing voice she has, so it is no surprise that we are not disappointed by the singing scenes.
The movie will be released in South Africa on the 26th October.
