Kevin Spacey posts bizarre video ahead of arraignment

In the wake of the news that he will have to attend his arraignment on sexual assault charges in Nantucket, Massachusetts, despite his appeal to not be present, Kevin Spacey has posted a rather bizarre video.

In it he appears to be taking on the role of House of Cards character, Frank Underwood, he declares in the video that  “soon you will know the whole truth”.
