Kaya 959 confirmed on Wednesday that they had terminated the contract of presenter Ms Unathi Nkayi, effective immediately.

The Idols SA Judge presented the Midday show, weekdays 12-3 pm.

The Radio station said a replacement presenter will be announced in due course.

A brief statement was issued by Kaya 959 but did not give a clear indication of what transpired between the two parties.
