A Los Angeles airport employee is calling for a judge to force Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez to sit for a deposition in connection with his 2015 lawsuit.Ronaldo Owens launched legal action against the estranged couple in October (15), claiming the French actor shoved a baby's car seat into him when they were swarmed by paparazzi as they tried to get into a waiting car, an act which was caught on video. Owens said he wasn't in the way and Olivier charged at him without provocation, causing him to fall over, while he claims Halle gave her husband "carte blanche ability to attack" and sued them for more than $5 million (?3.8 million). Owens' lawyer has told TMZ.com he has tried four times to get the stars to sit for a deposition in his case but his attempts have been futile, so is asking a judge to order them to face questioning. Halle and Olivier's lawyer responded, insisting his clients would agree to it if it could be guaranteed Owens won't speak to the media about what was said during the deposition, but Owens' legal counsel replied, "In this country, litigants are not afforded special treatment because of who they are or who they think they are."The Monster's Ball actress split from the actor in October (15) after two years of marriage, but it was recently revealed their divorce had stalled and they have been sent a notice by a clerk at the divorce court urging them to make a decision; to pursue proceedings or dismiss it. A source told TMZ the actress "isn't convinced she wants a divorce" and "still thinks Olivier might change, especially in the anger management department, and if he does she thinks the marriage could work."The couple are parents to two-year-old son Maceo, while Halle has an eight-year-old daughter, Nahla, with model Gabriel Aubry.
