The Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature will host the annual sitting of the House for the Premier of the Province, Phumulo Masualle, to present the State of the Province Address (SOPA).
Premier Musualle will outline the provincial government's programme of action for the 2017/18 financial year including challenges faced in the previous year and priorities for the year ahead.
The Speaker of the Legislature, Ms Noxolo Kiviet, will preside over the sitting scheduled to take place on Friday, 17 February 2017, at the Legislature precincts in Bhisho.
SOPA will commence at 09:00 am.
