WATCH: Adele's emotional speech at the Grammy Awards

Adele dedicated her Album of the Year win to Beyoncé. 

Beyoncé walked away with two of the nine Grammy's she was nominated for, for her critically-acclaimed Lemonade album. 

Adele believed Beyoncé to be the more deserving winner:

“I can’t possibly accept this award and I’m very humble and gracious but the artist of my life is Beyoncé and the Lemonade album was just so monumental and so well thought out and so beautiful and soul-baring."

Beyoncé was visibly emotional and mouthed "I love you" back to Adele.
