Country superstar, Dolly Parton, shows no signs of slowing down, looking decades younger than her 73 years, she was at the gala opening of 9 to 5: The Musical, in London’s West End on Sunday. The musical is, as the title indicates, based on the hit movie of 1980 of the same name, and one which of course features the music and lyrics of Dolly Parton.
The musical stars Caroline Sheen, Amber Davies and Natalie McQueen as three employees who conspire to remove their misogynistic boss, played by Brian Conley. It will run at the Savoy Theatre until the 31st of August.
Dolly spoke about the about the musical, her decades-long career, the #,metoo movement and her reclusive husband on Good Morning Britain yesterday.
