Demi Lovato is recovering just fine post her recent overdose and has decided that she will not return to her life in Las Angeles.
Rehab has really changed her outlook on life and sources say that she is becoming a "new version of herself".
According to E News "Demi is doing great and is really receptive to the help that she is receiving.
"Treatment has really changed her and she is looking forward to remaining sober and maintaining her new outlook on life.
This new outlook that Demi now has on life made her realise that her actions on 24 July, earlier this year could have ended with her death.
Music may be one of Demi's greatest passions but the singer is also listening to those who care about her most, who are "urging her to live a more relaxed lifestyle before she dives back into work."
This may be the best advise yet. Spending time with her family in Texas will probably be the best option for the singer who needs to take time to fully recover.
