Star Wars actor, Peter Mayhew, famous for his role as Chewbacca, has died at the age of 74.
No other details were released by his family as they announced the news of his death via a statement on Twitter saying, "The family of Peter Mayhew, with deep love and sadness, regrets to share the news that Peter has passed away. He left us on the evening of 30 April 2019 with his family by his side in his North Texas home."
