It has to have been one of the most jaw-dropping celebrity transformations ever – so much so that Adele almost did not look like Adele anymore - not only did the shape of her body change, but her face showed a remarkable metamorphosis as well.
And with any huge weight loss like this, there has to be a change in mindset. Well, it looks like best-selling author Glennon Doyle has had a lot to do with Adele’s outlook on life and relationship with food these days.
Taking to social media over the weekend Adele cited the book Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living by Gelnnon Doyle as helping her to feel like she was in her body for the first time.
Her caption with a picture of the cover of the book said, “If you’re ready - this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream. I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time.”
Glennon is an activist, speaker and the author of the New York Times bestseller “Love Warrior,” as well as the New York Times bestseller, “Carry On, Warrior." Untamed is described as “ a memoir where she continues her journey of self-discovery after overcoming her husband's infidelities, dealing with divorce, and finding herself in love again and remarried to Olympic star Abby Wambach”.
No doubt Adele’s post will see copies flying off the shelves.
