The actress best known for playing FBI agent Renee Walker in the series 24, died Sunday morning, 29 January, in Los Angeles following a three-year battle with cancer.
Wersching appeared in many TV shows including recurring roles in 24, Bosch, The Vampire Diaries, Marvel's Runaways, The Rookie, and, more recently, the second season of Star Trek: Picard as the Borg Queen. Wersching also provided the voice for Tess in the video game The Last Of Us.
Wersching was married to actor and comedian Stephen Full with whom she had three sons.
In a heartwrenching statement to the media, he confirmed her death saying: “There is a cavernous hole in the soul of this family today. But she left us the tools to fill it.”

"She taught us not to wait for adventure to find you. ‘Go find it. It’s everywhere.’ And find it we shall."
According to Wikipedia Wersching was diagnosed with unspecified cancer in 2020, and despite the diagnosis continued to act.
