Niamh Beatrix Smith is making waves in the music industry after having moved to Ireland four years ago with her family. Her latest triumph sees her through to the Junior Eurovision Ireland finals which will be broadcast on 8 October.
The winner will represent Ireland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, an international competition for participants ages 9 to 14 taking place at the Palais Nikaïa, Nice in November.
Should Beatrix Smith make it through she will take part in the opening Ceremony on Monday 20 November at the stunning Le Negresco with 15 other young artists.
Following the gala, the participants will prepare for the Grand Final on Sunday 26 November.
