The Constitutional Court has ruled that former President, Jacob Zuma, must appear before the State Capture Commission to give evidence.
The Commission approached the highest court in the land after Zuma and his legal team walked out after chairperson, Deputy Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo, turned down his application to recuse himself.
The court ruled that the former President must obey all orders and directives from the State Capture Commission.
The Commission is currently hearing evidence on the State Security Council and the former President's alleged role in using the organisation for his own interests.
