Former apartheid era chemical weapons expert, Dr Wouter Basson will appear before the Health Professions Council on Monday to face the remaining four charges of unprofessional and unethical conduct.
At his last appearance in January, Basson was granted a discharge on two of the charges and part of a third charge against him.
But, the Council ruled that the hearing on the four remaining charges will continue.
Basson maintained that he had acted as a soldier and not a medical doctor and that his actions had been aimed at creating a defensive capability against chemical and biological warfare.
