Two Cape Town policeman caught on video hitting and kicking a Nigerian national in the city's CBD, will appear in court on MOnday.
The policemen have also been suspended by Western Cape police commissioner, General Arno Lamoer.
The video taken on a cellphone camera went viral last week.
It shows the policemen stripping a man naked and then beating and kicking him.
The incident has been condemned by Western Cape Community Safety Minister, Dan Plato, and will also be investigated by the Independent Police Investigative Directorate.
