A warrant of arrest has been issued for a mother from Wellington who failed to report at a local police station, as ordered by the Western Cape High Court.
A Spokesperson Colonel Andre Traut says the 46-year-old Michelle Estran is believed to be with her three-year-old son.
He says Estran is in breach of a court order in relation to an international child abduction case and a warrant of arrest has now been issued.
