The United Front, led by metal workers union Numsa, says it will unveil a programme against police brutality and to reclaim human rights.
The United Front claims that the government has fallen under the sway of operatives in the police, intelligence services and military.
The campaign will kick-off on Wednesday next week outside the US Consulate in Sandton, Johannesburg, to highlight police brutality against Afro-American communities.
United Front and Numsa spokesperson, Castro Ngobese, says the campaign will move through the country.
He says in different parts of the country the programme of action will vary from nigh vigils, human chains around police stations and setting of tombstone for the 44 people who were killed
by police during protests in 2004.
