The Hawk arrested two more suspects for the murder of a five-year-old, Ditebogo Phalane, in Soshanguve in Gauteng last week.
Warrant Officer Wendy Nkabi says two were arrested yesterday following a tip-off.
She says the police team acted on the information from Crime Intelligence that led them to Soshanguve and Atteridgeville where the arrests were made.
Nkabi says two unlicensed firearms were also recovered, one of which is believed to be the murder weapon.
Little Ditebogo was fatally wounded when gunmen hijacked his father's vehicle in Soshanguve.
The two, one of whom was reportedly out on bail on another matter. are due to appear in court on Wednesday.
