Two people were killed when a container fell off a truck and onto a minibus in Kwazulu Natal.
Four others were left seriously injured, while eight other commuters sustained minor injuries in Wednesday morning’s accident.
“There has been an incident on the N 3 Durban bound just before Ashburton bridge, a container fell off a truck onto a minibus,” said KZN Emergency Medical Services spokesperson Robert McKenzie.
This was the second fatal incident on the N3 in some 24 hours after a crash left a 30-year-old man dead near Van Reenen's Pass on Tuesday morning.
