Two men have been arrested for the murder of two ANC branch leaders on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast.
Police spokesperson, colonel Vincent Mdunge, says the two were taken into custody after initially being detained for questioning.
Mdunge says they could be directly linked to the murder of Dumisani Malunga and Bheko Chiliza, who were shot dead on Sunday night.
He says the two suspects are due to appear in court on Thursday.
The ANC has condemned the killings.
