The National Prosecuting Authority says four men, accused of beating a rugby fan to death, will stand trial in March next year.
The four made a brief appearance in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Monday.
The NPA's Natasha Ramkisson says their trial was set down for March 10 to 14 in the Durban Regional Court.
The four - brothers Blayne and Kyle Shepard, Andries van der Merwe, and Dustin van Wyk - each face one charge of murder, three of assault with intent to commit grievous bodily harm, and one of crimen injuria.
Former Royal Marine, Brett Williams was killed at a Super 15 match in Durban in March.
