A four-year-old boy has died after being dragged outside a hijacked car in Boksburg.
Police Spokesperson Lt-Col Khensane Magoei says the boy was travelling in a City Golf with his family when three highjackers ordered them to get out.
The four-year-old was left in his safety belt and the hijackers drove away.
Magoai said it was unclear how it happened but the boy was then dragged along; hanging outside the car door by his safety belt.
The suspects later abandoned the car.
No arrests have been made
