PRETORIA, December 25 (ANA) – Acting national police commissioner Lt-Gen Khomotso Phahlane has wished all in the country a safe and happy festive season.
“Together with the deputy national commissioners and the regional, divisional, and provincial commissioners of the South African Police Service [SAPS], I wish all in South Africa a joyous and peaceful Christmas Day,” he said on the official SAPS Facebook page.
“May you all spend the day with loved ones and reach out to those less fortunate or who are spending this special day alone. We want to thank members of the South African Police Service who are on duty today, and all emergency services personnel who are working, for their dedication and sacrifice – stay safe,” Phahlane said.
