Police in Mpumalanga are investigating two cases of business robbery after teachers at two primary schools in the area were robbed of their personal belongings.
In the first incident, two armed suspects entered the Mdumseni Primary School on Monday pretending to be parents.
They robbed the staff of cellphones and laptops and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Then on Wednesday, another case was reported at the Khulani Primary School where educators were also robbed of their personal belongings.
The suspects were arrested at a nearby house following a tipoff to police.
Brigadier Selvy Mohlala says they seized a cellphone believed to have been stolen from one of the victims as well as a toy gun.
The suspects will appear in court soon with the possibility that more charges could be added to those of business robbery.
