Three perish in N2 Garden Route crash

Three people were killed following a head-on collision on the N2 between Heidelberg and Riversdal.

Western Cape Traffic spokesperson, Kenny Africa, says the accident happened late Friday afternoon between a car and bakkie.

Two adults in the car died on the scene while a little boy who was seriously injured died later in hospital.

The occupants of the bakkie were not injured.

The names of the crash victims have not yet been released.
