Free State police have arrested three more people found in possession of Antiretroviral drugs.
The arrests were made by members of the Welkom Tactical Response Team outside Ventersburg on Friday.
The 45-year-old woman and two men aged 30 and 60 are all from Virginia in the Free State.
This, after police, found 265 bottles of ARV tablets in their Toyota Corolla during a search.
The arrests come on the heels of the arrest of two other people in Bloemfontein on Thursday who were found in the illegal possession of more than a thousand bottles of Antiretroviral tablets.
One suspect is an employee of the Eastern Cape Health Department who was based at a clinic in Lady Grey.
All the suspects are due to appear in court on Monday.
