This, after talks in July failed to resolve an impasse between Numsa and employers.
The union is demanding a 30 rand per hour per hour increase across the board for workers earning above six-thousand rand a month..
Ngobese says a number of marches and demonstrations are planned for next week in the Eastern and Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng, and KwaZulu-Natal.
