South African Airways says contingency plans that it put in place have minimised the disruption caused by a strike by members of the SA Transport and Allied Workers Union.
SAA said in a statement on Tuesday that it refutes Satawu's claims of widespread disruption to flights as a result of the strike.
The national carrier said it's unfortunate that SATAWU continues to propagate exaggerated and unfounded claims.
