A self-confessed killer and former boxer Mikey Schultz has denied swearing at Oscar Pistorius's sister Aimee, shortly after the North Gauteng High Court adjourned for lunch on Friday.
The athlete's brother Carl allegeded that Schultz mouthed vulgarities at their sister, bringing 25-year-old Aimee to tears.
Schultz along with Jared Mortimer who Oscar recently had an altercation with in a Sandton club, have been attending court since Monday. They say they are there to support Reeva Steenkamp's family.
Speaking to journalists outside court, Schultz said the Pistorius family were a bunch of liars and that the siblings were making up stories.
Schultz previously confessed to shooting and killing Mining Magnate, Brett Kebble in September 2005.
He and his two accomplices were given immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying against the alleged mastermind and drug trafficker Glenn Agliotti.
Agliotti was eventually acquitted.
Both the state and defence indicated that they would be calling no more witness after four days of sentencing proceedings.
State Prosecutor Gerry Nel and Defence Counsel Barry Roux both indicated that they would have enough time to conclude their heads of arguement before the close of business on Friday.
Before Judge Thokozile Masipa adjourned proceedings for the day ,she called Barry Roux to order over a barbed comment he made at Nel earlier in the day.
Nel was addressing acting national correctional services commissioner Zach Modise about prison conditions when Roux got to his feet and snapped that he felt Nel must take the oath because he was giving evidence.
Masipa admonished Roux and ordered him to retract his comment
