Somali kidnap victim arrested for drugs

Somali pirate kidnap survivor Debbie Calitz has been arrested in a police drugs raid in her Pretoria home.

Police spokesperson captain Pinky Tsinyane has confirmed to The Times that Debbie Calitz is one of seven people arrested for the possession of drugs on Friday.

Calitz and her former long-term partner Bruno Pelizzari, were released from captivity in Somalia almost 6 months ago, after being held for nearly 2 years.
