Several people have been injured during a scuffle with security guards at a shop in Selby, Johannesburg.
Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Lorraine van Emmerik, says a man was hospitalised after being assaulted by security guards during a labour dispute.
She says at least two other workers were also injured by the guards, but did not need to be hospitalised.
Security guards were called in at the Discount Cash and Carry yesterday, after a labour dispute with management turned violent.
