Former president Jacob Zuma's corruption court battle will continue in a KwaZulu-Natal court in May.
This, after the Supreme Court of Appeal on Friday, rejected his application for leave to appeal a High Court ruling dismissing his bid for a permanent stay of prosecution in his ongoing corruption case.
The former president is facing numerous charges of fraud, graft and racketeering - in relation to the multi-billion rand arms procurement deal.
French arms company, Thales is also implicated.
It too had applied to the Pietermaritzburg High Court for a permanent stay of prosecution.
The National Prosecuting Authority in KZN says with the Appeals Court throwing out his application, Zuma will be back in court again on the 6th of May for the continuation of his trial.
