Rightwingers in court in Bloemfontein

 Four people arrested in connection with acts of terrorism will appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

The group of men, aged between 40 and 50, will appear on charges of treason and terrorism.

Free State police Brigadier Billy Jones says the men, who were arrested on Sunday, are believed to be rightwing extremists.

Jones said they were not linked to the ANC's 53rd elective conference in Mangaung.
