Putco bus drives through house wall

Johannesburg metro police say they are searching for the driver of a Putco bus, after he drove through a wall in Mondeor on Friday evening.

Spokesperson, Wayne Minnaar says the bus was empty at the time.

He says it hit traffic signs, a tree and drove through the wall of a house. The driver then jumped out and ran away.

Minnaar says a docket for the driver's arrest has been opened for running away from an accident as well as negligent and reckless driving.
