Public Protector Thuli Madonsela will meet Chief Justice Mogweng Mogweng in Pretoria on Tuesday.
That's to discuss complaints about the country's courts.
Madonesela's office says the meeting will also serve as a stakeholder introductory meeting between the Public Protector and Chief Justice Mogweng, who assumed his responsibilities last year.
The spokesperson for the office of the Public Protector, Kgalalelo Masibi, said among the issues to be discussed is the work of the Public Protector on matters relating to courts.
These include complaints about misplacement of files, delayed appeal applications and other matters.
