Gauteng police are offering two rewards of R50,000 each for information about two different hijacking cases involving children.
The one reward is for information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects who dragged a four-year-old boy outside a hijacked car in Reiger Park on the East Rand on Saturday.
The car was later discovered in Boksburg with the dead boy still strapped in his seat belt.
The other incident involved a five-year-old boy who went missing for several days after the car he was travelling in with his father was hijacked in Bronkhorspruit on Tuesday.
The child has since been found unharmed. His father is recovering in hospital.
