Oscar Pistorius' defence lawyer has accused the police of contaminating the scene while investigating the shooting of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
Police investigator, Hilton Botha, was accused by lawyer, Barry Roux of walking without protective shoe covers in Pistorius' house in Pretoria.
Botha said he should have worn them, "but they were not around".
Roux also denied that Pistorius had a house in Italy, as claimed by the State, submitted earlier to support its claim that he was a flight risk.
However, he does have a bank account in Carolina in the US.
Pistorius is applying for bail in the Pretoria magistrate's court following his arrest nearly a week ago for Steenkamp's murder.
The hearing has been postponed to Thursday.
