 Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, will be prosecuted for the pre-meditated murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, who was shot dead in his Pretoria home on February 14..

Magistrate Desmond Nair said in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court on Monday his bail conditions would remain as is.

He said the case has been transferred to the High Court in Pretoria, and will start on March 3, 2014.

He will now face two charges, one of murder and one of contravening the firearms act.

The State will call 107 witnesses.
