Murder accused paralympian Oscar Pistorius has been granted bail of R10 000 in the Northern Gauteng High Court and will remain under house arrest at his uncle Arnold's Pretoria mansion.
Judge Aubrey Ledwaba that Pistorius must return to court on the 18th of April 2016.
On this date, the court will need to be informed by the defence on the progress they've made in their appeal against the Blade Runner's murder conviction to the Constitutional Court.
The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein overturned Pistorius' culpable homicide conviction for the shooting death of his girlfriend and changed it to one of murder.
In Tuesday's ruling, Judge Ledwaba granted Pistorius bail with strict conditions.
He may leave his Uncle's home between 7am and 12 noon - but not without the permission of the investigating officer.
He may also not travel beyond a 20-kilometre radius of the house nor leave the magisterial district of Tshwane.
Pistorius must submit to electronic monitoring and surrender his passport . He may also not apply for a new one.
