Police in Mossel Bay say a man who was killed in an accident on the N2 on Monday was a resident of Cape Town.
The victim was travelling in his bakkie in the direction of Albertinia when he was involved in an accident with a truck and a vehicle shortly before 2 pm.
Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp says the cause of the accident is not yet known and a case of culpable homicide is under investigation.
He says police cannot release his name as they have so far been unable to trace his relatives to break the news and have the man formally identified.
