The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa will hear a complaint by the SA Police Services against the DA's election advert.
Icasa spokesperson, Paseka Maleka, says the Police complained that the DA's TV advert could incite violence against them.
The police said the part of the advert where the DA national spokesperson, Mmusi Maimane, says the police are killing our people, and shows a policeman shooting at a person, would invite violent acts against the members of the SAPS.
