There's a search for a newborn who was abducted in northern KZN three days ago.
The mother and her baby boy are said to have been discharged from the hospital in Jozini on Tuesday.
Police say she met a woman outside the facility who offered to carry the infant for her - before they boarded a bus together.
Officers say they got off at the Mamlambo bus station.
The 35-year-old mother told police the woman disappeared with her son while she was eating her meal.
It's alleged a silver-grey car picked up the abductor and the baby and drove away.
