A Swazi national, whose truck ploughed through four minibus taxis and two cars, killing 24 people, may not be the only person facing charges when the matter ultimately goes to trial.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Nathi Mncube says Sanele Goodness May's trial has been postponed to the 5th of August to allow the State to consider more charges and possibly, more accused.
May faces 24 culpable homicide charges and remains in custody.
On the evening of 5 September last year, May's truck smashed into the vehicles at an intersection at the bottom of Fields Hill in Pinetown.
Twenty-two people died at the scene, and two others later in hospital.
