Basic Education Minister, Angie Motshekga has refused to accept the blame for the chaos in schools in Limpopo, where textbooks have not yet been delivered.
Speaking during a televised media conference on Friday, Motshekga said she had not considered resigning amid the textbook debacle.
She said a number of factors had contributed to the delay in distributing textbooks to Limpopo schools.
These included cash flow and administrative problems.
In May, the High Court in Pretoria ruled the department's failure to provide textbooks violated the Constitution.
