A 26-year-old man will appear in court on Monday for allegedly concealing drugs in his colon.
Police spokesperson, capatin Bernadine Steyn, says the suspects was arrested on Saturday following a tip-off.
She says when police stopped the man's car on the N-12 between Outdshoorn and George, no drugs were found.
However, she says because he appaered to be nervous police took him for X-rays where a stash of mandrax tablets and Tik were found in his colon.
He will appear in court in Oudtshoorn on charges of possession of drugs.
