A suspect is at large after a popular female Free State radio presenter was found in a critical condition with multiple stab wounds, lying in a pool of blood in Bloemfontein.
Police say the woman, Dimakatso Ratselane, was found covered in blood near a popular tavern at around midnight in the Caleb Motshabi area, popularly known as Dinaweng.
Its believed that Ratselane and a man believed to be her husband, quarrelled on their way to fetch her children.
The presenter was found by residents and her friends and was rushed to the Pelonomi Hospital after the police's arrival at around 4 am.
The police are investigating a case of attempted murder and have vowed to bring the perpetrator to book.
A manhunt has been launched for the suspect.
