The PE-born signer was travelling to Krugerdorp this afternoon when the accident occurred
His brother and manager, Dewald, says he sustained facial injuries and is at Unitas Hospital.
He says Arno is in shock after the crash.
According to Arrive Allive Jordaan's Land Rover rear-ended a truck carrying gas on the N14 in PetroportKrugersdorp, this causing the vault door to open emitting hazardous material across the road.
Joburg Fire and HAZMAT have been request to attend the scene and clear up the gas cylinders, some of which have been damaged.
