Broadcast regulator Icasa says it will probe the SABC's decision to cancel a talk show on Metro FM at the last minute.
The public broadcaster came in for stiff criticism over its decision this week to pull the plug on the show which planned to discuss the media's coverage of ANC's upcoming conference in Mangaung.
Icasa wants the SABC to provide the facts related to the incident with a view to determining whether it violated the state broadcaster's license conditions or editorial policy.
